PowerHaus UK – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

1. Overview

Due to the bespoke and specialist nature of our products and services, PowerHaus UK operates a strict no-return, no-refund policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on:
    •    Custom-made products (e.g. custom steering wheels, carbon trims, digital clusters)
    •    Any fitted or installed products
    •    Electrical components or wiring looms
    •    Wrapping services (interior or exterior)
    •    Products modified by the customer or third parties
    •    Orders placed by mistake or due to buyer misjudgement
    •    Items delayed in transit unless loss is confirmed by courier

3. Eligible Return Conditions

We will only consider a return if the item is:
    •    Proven to be faulty out of the box
    •    Incorrect to your confirmed written order spec (e.g. wrong model sent)

You must:
    •    Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
    •    Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
    •    Return the item unused, unmodified, and in original packaging

If accepted, we may offer:
    •    Replacement product (subject to stock)
    •    Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are never automatic and only granted after inspection.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was proven to be defective or sent incorrectly by us. We recommend tracked and insured postage — we do not accept responsibility for lost returns.

5. Labour Charges

We do not reimburse any third-party fitting, diagnostics, labour, or removal costs under any circumstance.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled — especially for made-to-order or imported items.

    •    There is damage from incorrect wiring, over-voltage, water ingress, or misuse
    •    Product has been modified, opened, tampered with, or dismantled
    •    There is no proof of professional installation (dated invoice required)

We reserve the right to reject any warranty claim that fails to meet the above conditions.

3. Warranty Process

To initiate a claim, you must:
    •    Contact us via email with your order number, fault description, and proof of professional fitting
    •    Provide clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue

If approved, warranty support will be:
    •    Replacement (if in stock)
    •    Repair
    •    Manufacturer return (if required)

You are responsible for sending the item back at your own cost.

4. Labour & Losses

We do not cover:
    •    Labour for removal, refitting, or diagnostics
    •    Downtime, loss of earnings, or indirect costs

5. Timeframe

Warranty periods vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Check each listing or contact us in advance. In the absence of specific terms, a default warranty of 6 months applies to non-custom items.
