These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the PowerHaus UK website and all purchases or services made through it. By using our website or purchasing from us, you accept these terms in full.

1. About Us

PowerHaus UK (“we”, “our”, “us”) specialises in high-performance vehicle upgrades, custom components, vehicle wrapping (interior/exterior), retrofitting, and aftermarket styling. Our services are offered globally.

2. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. All disputes must be handled under this jurisdiction, regardless of the customer’s location. We do not submit to international jurisdiction.

3. Product & Service Disclaimer
    •    All parts sold, especially custom builds, are bespoke and often made-to-order. As such, no cancellations, refunds, or returns are accepted once an order is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    •    Fitment liability lies with the buyer unless the fitting was carried out by PowerHaus UK.
    •    All images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Final products may vary in finish or appearance depending on specifications or lighting.

4. Booking Terms
    •    Fitting appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ cancellation notice. Cancellations under this period are subject to a 50% labour charge.
    •    If parts have been purchased specifically for your appointment, full labour and restocking/return fees will be charged for cancellations or no-shows.
    •    You agree that by booking a service, you authorise us to use any necessary methods (e.g. bonding kits, permanent adhesives, rewiring) to achieve safe, correct, and secure fitting.

5. Shipping, Risk & Delivery
    •    We ship worldwide. Risk transfers to you once the item is handed over to the courier.
    •    Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for courier delays.
    •    All international deliveries are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) – you are responsible for paying any applicable import taxes, duties or customs charges in your country.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless a product is proven to be:
    •    Defective out of the box
    •    Incorrect to the confirmed spec (e.g. wrong variant sent)

To qualify for a return:
    •    Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
    •    Provide photographic/video proof of the issue.

Exclusions from refunds:
    •    Custom steering wheels, digital clusters, retrofit wiring kits, bonded body kits, special orders, and installed items.
    •    Any product that has been modified, fitted, or damaged after delivery.
    •    “Change of mind” or compatibility issues caused by buyer misjudgement.

7. Warranty
    •    All products are covered by manufacturer or supplier warranty only.
    •    Warranty claims must be supported by proof of professional fitting (dated invoice required).
    •    We do not cover damage due to poor installation, electrical misuse, water ingress, or third-party handling.

8. Fitting Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
    •    By booking a fitting or installation, you waive all liability against PowerHaus UK for:
    •    Integration issues with other aftermarket or OEM systems
    •    Vehicle warning lights or ECU errors unless caused directly by our error
    •    Changes in warranty status of your vehicle from dealer or OEM

You accept that styling and modification work (e.g. carbon fibre wrapping, body kits) may involve irreversible changes.

9. Media Consent
    •    All vehicles worked on may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes. License plates may appear unless you explicitly opt out in writing before your appointment.

10. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee that all information on the website is accurate, complete, or current. It is your responsibility to confirm fitment compatibility or contact us prior to ordering.

11. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to:
    •    Refuse service to any customer at any time
    •    Cancel or modify orders at our discretion
    •    Limit or deny service to resellers or distributors

12. Limitation of Liability

PowerHaus UK shall not be held liable for:
    •    Indirect or consequential loss (e.g. vehicle downtime, loss of earnings, missed MOTs)
    •    Damage arising from customer-supplied parts or DIY fitting
    •    Costs incurred from third-party rework, diagnostics, or storage

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

13. Intellectual Property

All media, photos, and content are the property of PowerHaus UK. You may not replicate, share, or use our content without written permission.

14. Privacy & Data Handling

Your data is handled in accordance with GDPR. For more details, see our [Privacy Policy].

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of changes.
